How does Coway Ex-Trade work?
Ex-Trade starts with an eligibility check on your existing product and contract. A catalogue upgrade rate is not confirmation that every customer qualifies.
Start with your current product
Tell our team the model you use and your current contract status. If you do not know the model, ask where to find its label. The programme may depend on the product category and your existing arrangement.
Confirm return requirements
Different Ex-Trade programmes can have different requirements. There are different options, including standard Ex-Trade from an air-purifier Ex-Trade programme without return. Ask which programme applies before assuming that you keep or return your current product.
Choose the replacement after eligibility
Compare replacement models and the exact new package. Check the new obligation period, care service, normal billing and installation requirements. Do not treat the Ex-Trade price as an automatic discount on any available rental plan.
